Percussionista, premiato con il Leone d\u2019Argento alla Biennale Musica di Venezia 2010<\/strong>. Il suo percorso di ricerca sul suono, di progettazione di nuovi strumenti e di nuove soluzioni compositive per percussioni lo ha portato a collaborare con importanti compositori, artisti e compagnie internazionali tra cui Berlin Piano Percussion<\/strong>, EnsembleKollektiv<\/strong>, Klangforum Wien<\/strong>, mdi,<\/strong> Mosaik<\/strong>, Phace<\/strong>, Prometeo<\/strong>, Sentieri Selvaggi<\/strong>,\u00a0Zeitkratzer<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ha suonato con le pi\u00f9 prestigiose orchestre italiane, tra cui Filarmonica della Scala di Milano, Teatro la Fenice di Venezia, Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, Teatro dell\u2019Opera di Roma, Orchestra Mozart di Claudio Abbado, Spiramirabilis e Mahler Chamber Orchestra.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Si esibisce come solista interprete della musica del XX e XXI secolo.<\/span><\/p>\n

Collabora con gli artisti dell\u2019ex Consorzio Produttori Indipendenti: Massimo Zamboni, Simone Filippi, Giovanni Lindo Ferretti.<\/span><\/p>\n

Composta nel 1979, Nine Bells esplora le molteplici combinazioni di 9 campane sospese in una\u00a0griglia 3 \u00d7 3, dove ogni campana \u00e8 situata a circa 2 metri di distanza dalle altre. La musica \u00e8\u00a0prodotta dai rintocchi delle campane, seguendo precisi percorsi intorno all\u2019installazione.<\/span><\/p>\n
